Briefing Session by a Former JICA Expert in Brazil upon His Return to Japan
A returnee’s debriefing session was held on Friday, August 7, 2027, in the “Tateyama” conference room of the Sabo Kaikan. Mr. Takasue Hayashi, a former JICA long‑term expert in Brazil, delivered a report on his assignment. Approximately thirty‑five members of the association and related participants attended the meeting.
Mr. Hayashi presented a report on the project’s implementation and future plans. During the question‑and‑answer session, participants raised questions regarding the challenges encountered, the innovative approaches adopted, and attitudes toward maintenance in Brazil.
