Last year I has participated in a big project about Vulnerability in Dams, the name of this project was:
Basic Studies to Prevention and Mitigation of Disaster in the Main infrastructure of the Hydraulic Systems of JEQUETEPEQUE - ZAŅA Dam.
The main hydraulic systems was constituted for:
- Gallito Ciego Dam
- The reservoir created by Gallito Ciego Dam.
The specific objectives were:
- Estimate vulnerabilities and risks due to disasters that could affect the main hydraulic infrastructure as consequence of the natural hazards manifestation,
- Identify hydrological and hydraulic hazards, geotechnical and geologic hazard and Seismic hazard and
- Determine and prioritize the performance of programs and prevention projects to attention of disasters in the Dam main hydraulic infrastructure .
